Olives
I will be dreaming of these olives! They were a non-spicy, subtley flavored olive, with much more pizzazz than a usual olive because of the herby marinade. Also, there were lots of them, and they came in a beautiful dish that had an extra dish underneath for the pits. Such a thoughtful presentation!
Falafel
Was looking for falafels for dinner and came across Ash'kara! There was two of us so we decided to split some small plates. The falafels were a favorite for both of us, and the hummus is a must! Will definitely be going back!
HH Hummus
Always look forward to ordering a dish of fresh hummus on happy hour! It's drenched in good olive oil, sprinkled with spices, and served with warm and fresh pita. Highly recommend.
Roasted Sweet Potato Tagine
Oh my goodness this dish is amazing and completely delicious. I have never tasted anything like this in my years! And serve it with a hot roti ? omg this is a killer
Wood Fired Carrots
Everything was delicious and the service was superb. Easy to see why Ash'Kara won the Michelin award last year. We also had the pita, hummus, cauliflower shawarma, and the April Spritz was perfect. They paid close attention to my dairy allergy, and the time we had to leave to make our event on time. We will be back!
Za'atar Roasted Chicken
This chicken is one of the best dishes we have ever had. The harissa butter is so creamy and delicious, adding spice and sweetness to the dish. We have tried to remake the dish but have never come close to achieving what Ashkara achieves.
Hummus
Best hummus you will find in Denver!!! So good I could eat it by the spoonful
Pomegranate Braised Lamb Tagine
Brilliantly prepared and a delight to try
Labneh
Everything I tried was so good, but this Labneh was such a treat. Great ratio or labneh to toppings, and the sumac and honey topping was phenomenal.
Pickles
Tasted especially delicious when combined with the hummus!
